Emergency Rent Relief Program (ERAP)

for Tenants and Landlords

Launched Tuesday June 1, 2021, ERAP allows tenants or landlords on behalf of their tenants to apply for help paying off up to 12 months of back rent, plus 3 months of future rent and other assistance. For more information, including how to apply, click here.





 

COVID-19 Burial Assistance

If you lost a loved one to COVID-19, retroactive reimbursement of up to $9,000 in burial costs is available. Call 844-684-6333 from 7am to 7pm or visit FEMA's Funeral Assistance website here for more information.

GET VACCINATED!



It's free and available to everyone over 12. No insurance required. Just bring ID with your birthdate on it or attest to your birthdate on site. No immigration questions.

If you need it, ask about:

  • NEW! At-home vaccination with the vaccine of your choice is now available to ANYONE age 12 and older!

  • Round-trip transportation (available to anyone 65)

  • Childcare

  • Accommodation for a disability

  • Setting up an appointment. (Not necessary, but some people prefer to have one.)

  • Financial incentives, including a $100 gift certificate when you receive your first vaccine dose at a NYC-run site, vaccine bus, or at home.

Until you are vaccinated...

  • continue to social distance

  • wear a mask when around strangers, other unvaccinated people, people with pre-existing conditions, and seniors.

  • get tested if you feel sick, have been indoors with 50 or more people, or plan to travel, whether you are vaccinated or not. Find a test center at www.nyc.gov/covidtest
