Renter's Insurance: What Tenants and Landlords Need to Understand

If your belongings, as a tenant, were damaged due to fire, wind, or water, could you replace everything? Probably not, if you're like most of us. Would your landlord have to pay? Again, probably not. That's why there's Renter's Insurance. But how much is it and what does it cover (and not cover)? Learn how tenants can make a traumatic event less traumatic in this valuable webinar. NO SALES, just education.

Wednesday, September 14 6:00pm - 7:00pm Register here.

Financial Coaching & Credit Improvement

All tenants and first-time home buyers are encouraged to attend a Financial Fitness Webinar to learn about:

  • Setting financial goals, like purchasing a first home, buying a car, or going to college

  • Creating a budget and savings plan

  • Improving credit

Thursday, September 22 6:00pm - 7:30pm Register here.

Flood Insurance: Do You Need It?

If you're a tenant who lives on the ground floor in a high-risk flood zone, you should have flood insurance. If you're buying a home, it's also important to know what flood zone you'll be in and how to know your risk (and need for flood insurance). But how do you know your risk? Join us for a free webinar to find out and learn more. No sales, just education!

Tuesday, October 4 6:00pm - 7:00pm Register here.
